CMM 2025 Annual Report
A Message From Our CEO
DR. CYNTHIA MICKENS ROSS
In 2025, Cynthia Mickens Ministries (CMM) continued its mission to restore hope, empower families, and cultivate pathways to long-term stability for individuals in underserved communities in southern Dallas County. Through programmatic excellence, strategic collaboration, and deep community engagement, CMM confronted the challenges of educational inequity, housing instability, and food insecurity with measurable success.
Our work this year affirms an essential truth: when compassionate intervention meets evidence-based programming, lives are transformed. Children learn, families stabilize, and communities thrive. Yet, our progress also highlights the structura barriers that continue to constrain scalability and sustainability in communities in southern Dallas County. These barriers—economic, systemic, and infrastructural—must be addressed collaboratively to ensure that transformational change becomes generational change.
We remain committed to expanding our impact in 2026 and beyond. With the continued support of partners and stakeholders, CMM will intensify its efforts to strengthen family systems, enhance educational outcomes, and increase access to healthy, sustainable food sources. Together, we are building a community where every child, every mother, and every family can experience safety, growth, possibility, and sustainable success.
